1) Cheap power connectors should be terminated and checked strictly in accordance with the corresponding terminal specifications or requirements, and terminated according to the corresponding contact number. The maximum thickness of insulating layer between cables and conductors should be matched with the distance between contacts, and the cable core should be matched with the terminal of contacts. When crossing and parallel between contacts, the diameter of multi-stranded wire cores should be taken into account. It is prohibited to deal with crossing and parallel between pressing holes of contacts.
2) When welding, the corresponding power of soldering iron should be selected according to the diameter of bare wire. The welding time of each contact is generally not more than 5 seconds. Attention should be paid to preventing flux from penetrating into insulator, so as to avoid the decrease of insulation resistance of products.
3) When cleaning power connectors (including contact parts), it can be done with silk cloth dipped in absolute ethanol and used after drying. Chemical solvents such as acetone, which have harmful effects on power connectors, are not allowed to be used.
4) When the power connector is in a non-plugging state, it is necessary to cover the matching protective cover or take other dust-proof measures separately.
